The ‘Prep-to-Play’ warm-up program is shaped by research and experts in women’s football and injury prevention, and is designed to maximize performance and reduce injuries.
A good warm up forms the foundation for all training and games. It is critical that the body is prepared for the running, agility and physical demands of our game before commencing a session. Three different levels of warm-up are provided to suit your players and should form the beginning of each session.
