HOW TO SET UP
Scatter the cones around the playing area.
Place Auskickers into pairs.
Give one player in each pair a football and have the pairs stand on the edge of the playing area.

STEP 1
When you say "go", player one turns towards a cone with player two following a few steps behind carrying the football.
Once player one reaches the cone, they turn and receive a handball from player two.

STEP 2
Then they swap roles.
Player two runs towards a new cone and player one follows ready to give a handball.
Then keep going.

VARIATION 1
Try making a rule that only allows pairs to handball to cones of a certain colour.

VARIATION 2
Have a race to see which pair can handball to every cone first.

VARIATION 3
Add a bounce before players handball.
